Lawsuits are piling up against Proposition 8, the voter initiative that banned same-sex marriage. In their weekly conference today, justices could decide whether to accept those lawsuits for review -- or let Prop. 8 stand. The main issue in the case is the serious overcrowding in state correctional facilities, and the impact that has on prisoners.
